COMPATIBILITY

Data cards currently work with Windows Operating Systems. (XP, Vista, 7) and Mac Os X.

BILLING AND PAYMENT

Your account will be charged 1-3 days before delivery of your data card. We will contact you for updated credit card information before delivery, if there are any problems with the charge. If we cannot make contact with you before payment is processed, we reserve the right to not deliver the data device. The invoice will be emailed to the customer before the Credit Card on the account is charged. For long term rentals, billing will be done once a month. We accept all mayor credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, AmEx.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

Costa Rica Cellular Connection will run a $200.00 authorization on the customer's credit card. A lost, broken or stolen data card will result in a $100 charge to the card on the account. Data cards may or may not be replaced depending on availability, and client location.

DELIVERY

The customer agrees to pay for all shipping and delivery cost on the data card. Shipping and delivery charges will be charged with the activation fee prior to the delivery of the data card.

Costa Rica Delivery: CRCC will deliver the data card in person to the airport upon your arrival or to your desired destination (hotel, host family, etc.) in Costa Rica.
