Well again thanks for the phone rental.. All went great on my "TRIP" to Costa Rica... I have been doing business with you for the past

3 years and again I want to say thank you!  Your final prices reflected my phone log, plus they are SUPER FAIR!...

Overall my trip was great, but I did have a little medical issue with "bad headaches & mild chest discomfort".. I decided to have our driver who we have used for the past few years take me to a local hospital called "hospital biblica".. Let me say the last thing I EVER wanted to do was go

to a Hospital in a 3rd World Country.. Well I have a new outlook on that.. This Hospital totally changed my views along with the Doctor..

I dont want to get into details, but hospital, doctor, servce was all top-notch.. I am sure a normal Costa rican citizen may not afford this hosptical, but to have a CARDIO work up for under 100$ at a hospital is pretty amazing, plus the doctor was impressive...  Also, I feel inclined to post my drivers information on your web site... I 100% BACK THIS DRIVER UP.. I am sure there are other great drivers out there, but if any of your clients need a referral they can feel free to call or email me(email first).. I have use this driver for the past 3 years and though other drivers are just as nice Yuri is very Americanized(he lived nte USA for a few years), English is 100%, nice, plus he goes out of his way to make sure you are having a good time..

You beat me to an email...you were on my list of people to email today. Adam arrived back in New Haven on Monday night at 1:30 AM and he mailed back the phone this afternoon (around 2 PM) from the post office in New Haven in the package you had enclosed.

I wanted to also let you know that he had a wonderful time in Costa Rica (had the best canopy tour he said in Monteverde, went surfing in Tamarindo and white water rafting in Turriablo). He had a flat tire leaving Monteverde and he said a native man and the police were so unbelievably great helping him change the tire. He called us often just to check in and I had peace of mind because of your phone. There was no problem with service whatsoever. He sounded like he was next door. One of his travel companions had a phone with a SIM card that he had purchased over the internet and it was absolutely useless. That kid's phone didn't work at all.

I can't thank you enough. The phone was great, but more importantly, you were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will recommend you and your company to anyone who we know that is heading to Costa Rica.

The Holiday Inn Aurola is in the best location. All of the major attractions and parks are within walking distance. The Hotel is clean, everyone is friendly, and several of the girls at the front desk spoke perfect English -- which was very helpful. I told them I was there for Spanish school and they were kind enough to communicate slowly and even taught me a few new words. I was a little disappointed that the gym was closed - but since it was to renovate, I can't complain. You can't blame a hotel for wanting to improve their facilities. Lastly, I rented a phone from a company called "Costa Rica Cellular Connection." You can find their information on the website -- I HIGHLY recommetd using them -- fantastic deal, good service, and having the phone made me feel very safe (not all U.S. phones will work in CR). The Holiday Inn gladly accepted delivery of the phone from the cell phone company so that it would be waiting for me when I arrived. The overall stay was fantastic.

 

" I was conceren about leaving the States without the ability to reach my family while in Jaco, Costa Rica.. I was skeptical with all the websites offering cell phone rentals and even check on international plans through all USA cellular service(i checked them all Sprint, AT&T, T-moble, etc) Well the International plans via Sprint, At&t, etc just did not make sense.. Changing a cell phone, plans, & rates was a mess(my Father changed his AT&T plan before getting to San Jose and we had issues-it did not work well).. I took the chance and last minute went with Costa Rica cellular and let me assure you it was smooth.. From landing in San Jose to my 3 hrs bus trip to Jaco my phone worked perfectly.. The rate was PLAIN simple.. One standard rate for out going and unlimited incoming.. You just cannot beat it.. I gave my wife a 20$ phone card(this was a USA phone card to call International) that gave her about 300 minutes a nd she would call me as much as she wanted account the Costa Rica Cellular phone had unlimited INCOMING for 35$ a month.. Simple.. I was impressed.. I must admist I was worried when I got the itemized bill, but everything turn out just as expected..
