STANDARD PLAN:

  • $60 Activation Fee. One affordable activation fee for up to a 30 day cell phone rental. (No reoccurring daily charges!)
CALLS PER MINUTE RATES
Outgoing local $0.23 (within Costa Rica)
Outgoing International $0.69 (to the US or Canada)
Per Minute Incoming Plan $0.23 (local and International)
Unlimited Incoming Plan We also offer a $30/month Unlimited Incoming plan (Includes all local and international) w/ no per minute charges on any incoming calls)
Voicemail and text messaging Free

SHORT TERM PLAN: $10 per day. No activation fee applies.

  • Includes all incoming calls, local and international.
  • Includes all local outgoing calls (other cell phones and land lines within Costa Rica)
  • Pay only for the outgoing international calls at $0.69 cents per minute.

BILLING AND PAYMENT
Your account will be charged when we receive the call logs from the local phone company and this process could take up to 60 days. Once the account has been processed the invoice will be emailed to the customer before the Credit Card on the account is charged. For long term rentals, billing will be done once a month. We accept all mayor credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, AmEx.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
Costa Rica Cellular Connection will run a $200.00 authorization on the customer's credit card.   A lost, broken or stolen phone will result in a $100 charge to the card on the account. The customer is also responsible for all calls made up to the time the phone is deactivated. Phones may or may not be replaced depending on phone availability, and client location.


PHONE DELIVERY, USA, CANADA AND COSTA RICA
The customer agrees to pay for all shipping and delivery cost on the phone. Shipping and delivery charges will be charged with the $60.00 activation fee prior to the delivery of the phone. Or use your own business account and there will be no charge.

  • USA Delivery CRCC will ship your rental cell phone USPS, Priority Mail which is the cheapest and fastest way to recieve the rental cell phone. In some cases depending on the address, we will ship UPS or FEDEX Express. Packages received in the USA will include a prepaid return label for USPS, Priority Mail to return the phone.
  • Canada Delivery CRCC will ship your rental cell phone UPS Ground. CRCC can include a prepaid return label or the customer can send the phone Canadian Post.
  • Costa Rica Delivery CRCC will deliver the cell phone in person to the airport upon your arrival or to your desired destination (hotel, host family, etc) in Costa Rica.
