BILLING AND PAYMENT
Your account will be charged when we receive the call logs from the local phone company and this process could take up to 60 days. Once the account has been processed the invoice will be emailed to the customer before the Credit Card on the account is charged. For long term rentals, billing will be done once a month. We accept all mayor credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, AmEx.
SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
Costa Rica Cellular Connection will authorize a $200.00 on Credit Card. A lost, broken or stolen phone will result in a $100 charge to the card on the account. The customer is also responsible for all calls made up to the time the phone is deactivated. Phones may or may not be replaced depending on phone availability, and client location.
US PHONE DELIVERY
The customer agrees to pay for all shipping and delivery cost on the phone. Shipping and delivery charges will be charged with the $60.00 activation fee prior to the delivery of the phone. Or use your own business account and there will be no charge.
